CREATE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE!
This four-week concentrated session of rotating classes, divided by age group, gives repeat students and those new to the program a chance to explore new areas of interest. The shortened length of the session provides the opportunity for greater retention and more intense study of the craft being taught. While the format will remain the same for each season, a possible variety of course offerings will allow for individual growth as well as greater understanding of all the aspects of the world of theatre! Sing Out, Louise!
While focusing on proper singing technique, this immersive class will also allow students to develop their interpretive skills as they relate to song and character in a musical theatre setting. The longer class time encourages individual growth as well as group participation in critical thinking exercises and assessment. Guest artists will also be employed to broaden the scope of the existing curriculum. Students will leave the class with new methods for deconstructing a showtune as well as new audition material.
