Q: How do I renew my subscription from last year?
A: Current seasons subscribers will be contacted individually to renew their subscription. If you would like to change your current subscription, there is an option for adjusting current subscriptions on the renewal form.
Q: How do I select specific seats in the Tarkington?
A: New subscribers can fill out a subscription form with special requests regarding seating. Depending on availability, subscribers will be able to work with the Center for the Performing Arts Box Office to find seats that best fit their needs.
Q: How are seats selected in the Studio Theatre for AND THEN THERE WERE NONE?
A: For renewing subscriptions, seats have been selected based on your seats in the Studio last season. If you would like to select different seats in the Studio Theatre, please call the Center for the Performing Arts Box Office at 843-3800. For new subscribers, you will be able to work with the Box Office to find seats that best fit your needs.
Q: How do I reserve seats for a Flexible Subscription?
A: After reserving your subscription (online, phone, mail), you will receive 5 Flexible tickets per subscription in the mail. Each Flexible ticket is good for ONE (1) admission to a Mainstage show. To redeem your tickets for specific performances and seats, call or visit the Box Office at the Center for the Performing Arts (317/843.3800). You will need to refer to the Flexible tickets in your envelope when you calling. Please make your reservations early for the best available seating as ticket orders are processed by the date received.
Q: What is a Friend of a Friend Voucher?
A: A Friend of a Friend Voucher is a single ticket that you can redeem at any show throughout the season. We encourage you to introduce a friend to Civic Theatre free of charge! In order to redeem these vouchers, call the Box Office at the Center for the Peforming Arts at 317/843.3800 or visit at The Palladium, 1 Center Green, Carmel, IN 46032.
Q: What if I want to exchange a subscription ticket?
A: If you are unable to attend your subscribed performance, you can exchange your ticket for a different performance within the run of that show. Subscription tickets cannot be exchanged for another show in the season. Call or visit the Box Office at the Palladium to exchange your tickets: 317/843.3800.
Q: Will I be refunded if I want to return a ticket?
A: Unfortunately, all sales are final for season subscription or single tickets. You can, however, exchange a ticket for a different performance within the show run or return a ticket by donating it back to Civic Theatre to be resold. A ticket donation is 100% tax-deductible.
Q: Will the holiday show be included in the season subscription?
A: Yes, the holiday show is included in the 2017-18 season subscription package. If you do not wish to attend, please consider giving your tickets to a friend or donating them back to Civic for a 100% tax-deductible donation.
